These general terms govern the use of the site and the booking of expeditions with Wonderbound Journeys. The specific conditions of each expedition are published separately.

2. Scope of services
Wonderbound organizes group expeditions. Each expedition is governed by the information on its page and by its specific conditions and contract.
3. Reservations and payments
Payment conditions and options are shown before you confirm. A reservation is only confirmed once the corresponding payment is received and the agency issues its confirmation.
4. Prices and charges
Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) per person. What is and isn't included is detailed on each expedition's page.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by each expedition's contract and cancellation policy, which will be shared before you reserve. This policy is currently under legal review.
6. Itinerary changes
The itinerary may change for operational, weather, safety or availability reasons, or force majeure.
7. Documentation
Passport, visas and the personal documentation needed to travel are not included and are the responsibility of each traveler.
8. Responsibilities
Transportation, lodging and excursion services are provided with local guides and operators, as stated for each expedition. The parties' responsibilities are detailed in each expedition's contract.
9. Travel insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory and not included. It must cover the conditions and activities of the expedition, including high-altitude areas.
10. Inclusions
Only the services expressly stated for each expedition are included.
11. Photography and use of image
On Bolivia 2027, each traveler receives ten digital photographs selected by Kelly; the full set of captured material and a private session are not included.
Commercial use of travelers' images requires their express authorization, separate from an inquiry or a reservation.
12. Data protection and claims
